Me and my bf are looking to sublease our apt so we can move into a one bedroom.
The apt is 2 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen, and a big living room. Its in Stadium Square (Tigerland) (the ones in the back with a blue tin roof). We pay 730 a month, but that includes EVERYTHING: T1 internet connection, 2 separate phone lines (one to each room), electricity, water, sewage, basic extended cable. You write a check for rent and NOTHING else.
