Yes Phil it did. Thank you for your kind considerations. It's kinda like watching a train wreck, you don't want to see it but you just can't turn your head. The occasional severed head flying through the air for no apparent reason makes for good comic relief. Thanks again.

Carl did mention that he listened to the radio. I don't think anywhere in there he says "I ONLY LISTEN TO THE RADIO" though. Could be wrong -shrug- Guess someone assumed he did. |
You are absolutely right that Carl did not say he listened ONLY to talk radio. What he said was that talk radio is the ONLY way to get the truth. My mistake. Sorry to have misquoted you, Carl. Let me revise my retort. My facetious and (as has been observed) inaccurate comment about Carl listening only to talk radio was an expression of my doubt that he would actually read a variety of articles on the topic, as he had said he would. My doubt remains. If Carl believe that talk radio is the only way to get the truth, it follows that he finds newspaper articles unreliable (i.e. not a good way to get the truth). I doubt that he would spend time reading a variety of such sources, since he considers them unreliable. His past actions have provided further confirmation of this. On several occasions I have posted links to a variety of articles on a given subject (Michael Moore's new film, for example), and he has declined to read them.[/i] |
oooohhhhhh, liberals LOVE to misquote and assume, because without that, they have no logical argument, Andrew misquoted me and assumed too much once again, and FINALLY he gets called on his bluff. Hey Andrew, you don't know a damned thing about me. You think you are sooo sure of yourself and think you can guess what I do in my spare time. It appears that you're know it all attitude is already getting you in trouble so why don't you quit while you still are behind, before you get buried more?

Carl you remind me of that guy that's always standing at the edge acting like he's gonna throw a punch but never gets around to it and just keeps running his mouth and then after the fight is over one of the guys in the fight just walks over and punches the shit out of him.
Just a thought.

lol, And you haven't with your massive and lengthy posts about the same thing repeated over and over but with some variation with words and phrases??

LOL! And you haven't been annoying with your massive and lengthy posts about the same thing repeated over and over with usage of different words and phrases? Why don't we all just quit fighting and accept the fact that you cannot change someones mind about who they vote for in November, most of everyones mind is made up by now and it hardly makes a difference what the candidates do now. Why don't we stop all this political garbage because its getting to the point of break. Why anyone would read a 2 page post about liberalism and why anyone would write a 3 page rebuttal is quite greek to me, this is a forum site not a site to steal college papers from, so why don't people just accept the facts and stop posting the same useless garbage, because I don't even bother reading the long ones to tell you the truth, its pointless tigeru is an activity, not YOUR LIFE.

Practice what you preach, Carl. Your posts are long, poorly written, and have no content. The irony of it is that your lengthiest posts are usually explanations of how you don't care enough to read and write long posts on here.
