Either way.. if you make it to the Olympics, you are most likely better than most people in the world at that event.

A lot happened last night in the Olympics. The womens 4 by 200 M. Free Relay broke the world record by 2 Seconds. This record had never been broken for 17 years, it was the oldest record in the books. GREAT RACE!!!!
In mens gymnastics Paul Hamm, with a dissappointing 3rd round rotation on the Vault, still made gold with one of the GREATEST COMEBACKS IN SPORTS HISTORY!!! He had the most amazing come back after the 3rd rotation, .012 pt's. ahead of the Silver winner of Korea. The expected silver and bronze (China and Russia respectively) made huge mistakes that caused them to forfeit victories and they gave up after those mistakes mentally. That was a great All-Around Competition to see, Paul Hamm never gave up and won the gold even when it looked like he could have NEVER won it.

And Phelps wins medal #5 and it is gold baby!!! It is the 200 IM, and sets an Olympic record in the race. In addition, Ryan Lochte took Silver in the same event, our other American who made the finals; That is mad Excellent. About 20 minutes later in a 100 fly Semifinal, PHELPS TAKES ON IAN CROCKER FROM MAINE (the current world record holder!!!!). Michael Phelps absolutely "skooled" Crocker with an Olmypic Record in the 100 M. fly, which was ONLY A SEMIFINAL!!! Phelps absolutely dominates the swimming in these Olympics.
And the American hopeful for our ladies gymnastics, Carly Patterson, WON GOLD!!!! After the performance by Hamm last night, this was an amazing encore. Double Golds in the individual all around in gymnastics. WOW, the U.S. is a great country to live in!
