That’s a subjective statement.
I can think of plenty of times when Oral is preferential, including.
Driving
Avoiding Pregnancy
Trying to be quite
Less mess / smell.
Courtesy to room mates.

Agreed, Sex is fun and easy, Oral sex gets you into trouble, see what it did to Bill Clinton's presidency? Oh wait a minute, that might be the only good thing that DID come out of his presidency. When you think about it, a wet vagina is just a vagina with sweat, so you are sucking the SWEAT out of the crevass. To me, that is not cool, whereas sex, you have no intention of putting a mouth on anything other than a mouth, it makes more sense and its cleaner also.
