1. Scale to a reasonable size. Scrolling down 5 pages for 2 images is a pain. About 400 pixels max height or width is a good rule of thumb. If you are skilled enough to graft body parts, then you should be skilled enough to resize the image.
2. For best results, don't post pictures that are too "obvious". The more ambiguous the photo is, the more room we have for our creativity to pervert it. There's no work to be done if the person's crotch is already being grabbed.
3. Use good judgement. If you aren't sure if its appropriate, don't post it. Goatse and Tubgirl ARE NOT appropriate. The Olsen Twins ARE appropriate.
