I love it when people make little snide comments and try to take cheap shots when you aren't around, but when they are in the same room as you, they won't even look in your direction.
I love that because it shows you what type of person they really are....

Just an observation, now that your promoting open honesty:
I don’t know if your post genuinely falls in the category of cheap shot, but it definitely sounds like your talking about someone when they are not around. Your proclaiming ‘love’ and that definitely puts it in the area of “snide comment”.

Yeah, so I made a "snide" comment about your comedy style. I just really didn't think you are funny. I know you are an "amateur" comic, but c'mon, your gimmick really just isn't that funny.
It's like, isn't the point of comedy to be funny? When I get on an airplane, I expect the pilot to know how to fly. When I go to a restaurant, I expect the cook to know how to make a burger. And when I go to a comedy night, I expect the people to be funny, even if it is amateur night. Most of the people last night were pretty damn funny, maybe it's because they weren't drunk off their ass and screaming into the mic.

Actually, I am beyond amateur status. I get paid to do comedy. I have sold out every club i have headlined and in the last 2 years i have performed in front of several thousand people around louisiana and mississippi. I have also been on TV. I do the open mic to work on new material before using it at a paying gig.
I have no problem with you not liking my style of comedy, its a personal preference thing, and if its not what makes you laugh, then cool, hopefully someone else will. But don't say i am not good at what i do, because had you looked around you would have seen the rest of the room laughing.
You don't like me, or my comedy fine, but don't trash me behind my back.
Maybe the fat was clogging up your ears like it is in your arteries, you slob. Perhaps if we were discussing buffets you could comment intelligently, but here you can't.
Maybe had i been an ugly underage girl in chatroom typing jokes to you while you sucked down a box of twinkies you would have enjoyed it.
