Hey guys, I'm an LSU sophomore majoring in CSC, and i've been developing a useful free service that will allow you to track and graph those who click in your buddy profile links. Its really neat and is always updated, give me some comments or suggestions. (support@linkwatch.org)

Check it out! http://www.linkwatch.org

Also, I am looking for students who are interested in this kind of stuff, and possibly helping with the project. I am using Perl and MySQL for the service right now, although I am working on a Standalone Windows LinkWatch Desktop Client (sorta like AIM) written in C# and reads from a Perl server backend. I'd like to meet some with the same interests.

Thanks, E-mail me!

eek, you chose LSU for Computer science? It's such a bad department. How many good teachers are there?

Haha, yeah, well the guy I have now, Len Blanks is very sketchy. Class is very unorganized, and only has about 8 people enrolled. My previous teachers have been okay.. just weird (go figure)

I work in the CSC Dept. Well, in the Robotics Lab actually. They're ALL weird. My boss is pretty cool. He's not a prof though so I guess it doesn't really count. But dang...those people are oddballs! And I don't know how anyone puts up with Dr. Iyengar! Ugh! Good luck. Smile

Hahaha. YESSSSSSSSSS! Such an odd, odd man. I work in the Robotics Lab, which is where his office is. Ugh. I can't imagine having a class with him. No way could I sit through it and listen to that man talk!
