Hi everyone, I hope it was ok for me to join this forum since I'm not attending LSU.
Anyway I am looking for properties in Louisiana to purchase as investments and I need some people to help locate and research them.
There is a lot of money to be made if you are a self starter and are serious about this. I can also help you learn about investing in real estate if you are interested. (And yes it can be done with no money, just not the way you think)

Hi guys.
Ben, we don't rent them. We fix them up and resell them. We do owner finacing and rent to own too, so if you want to buy one let us know. We are very flexible!
