I listen to talk radio as y'all know, its the only way to get the truth, however, I do not listen to Rush or Hannity, I listen to the Savage nation with Michael Savage. He is very individualistic, not democrat nor republican. Anyway, he is pissed this week because Edwards apparently made his money suing doctors and hospitals of Malpractice for "causing children to have cerebral palsy." Funny thing about this is that cerebral palsy has been proven to be HEREDITARY. So, he made his fortune suing the medical field for something that is NOT possible and won. He made millions just by using children to his advantage. This is on the Savage nation probably the entire week. I guess Edwards has some Elephants in the closet he needs to explain eh?

Although that does sound fishy, I'm going to have to say that getting that entirely from one source is kinda iffy. Research into it, find more than one. -nod-

Damn that means he's a really great lawyer.

That's gotta be a boring show if that's all he has to talk about for a week.

That should read "for malpractice" and no reason to capitalize the m in malpractice, it's not a proper noun.

Where exactly are the REAL counterpoints?

Yeah, Royce...it seems you've given up on attempting to scrounge up fodder for your viewpoints...it's easier just to bust Carl's ass, I guess.

You keep telling Carl to grow up...maybe he'd have an easier time with it if you gave him a good example.

You constantly pick purposeless fights. Is your stupid internet bickering really that great fo an ego boost? I mean, come on...Carl's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but neither are you. Honestly, you have no right to go off on him like you do. Sure, he's annoying, but you're swiftly joining his ranks.

Edwards, as I understand it, has been very successful as a personal injury lawyer.
If someone is injured and someone else is responsible by law for the injury the injured party sues to recover their losses or seek compensation.
A skilled lawyer presents the facts to a jury who, after hearing the case of the defendent, makes a decision.
The jury makes their decision based upon the evidence presented at trial. I don't like to second guess the jury that actually heard the evidence. I'm sure that Michael Savage is as wise as you suggest but its no substitute for sitting in court and hearing the evidence.
I don't see any points to counter here Earl.

well thanks for defending me, I guess....I mean it is kind of hurtful that I am annoying especially more than the king of all shit-starters on this site, Royce, but oh well, What do I care what other people think anyway. I should learn not to

No need to capitalize "what", and you forgot punctuation at the end of your sentence, I would suggest a period since it seems to fit the context.

Oh yeah btw, Stacey you're so much fun. LMAO

As much as it pains me to do so, for once I have to agree with Phil. Wink

You might want to see if this story has been covered by reputable news sources. Highly opinionated radio talk show hosts (right AND left) tend to put a spin on just about everything. If you really think that such shows are "the only way to get the truth," Carl, that would explain many of your bizarre political opinions, as well as the fact that you defend them with flaming accusations instead of facts.

Where the hell do you get that? I barely say anything in these forums compared to you and Royce. You don't even know 98% of my opinions, you communist. And by the way, stop "antiintellectualizing" conservatives, we never call y'all stupid and belittle your opinions, we just disagree, but when you disagree you just can't help but insult our intellect, Stop insulting my intellect and about 85% of the regulars on tigeru.
