I took nothing of Ray's and as far as the bumper stickers go: I can't have stolen money from Ray if he didn't have anything to do with the purchase of the stickers. I purchased my own database of suppliers. I don't know from where you're getting your information. But you're very uninformed.

I just addressed that. I don't have Ray's printed database. I still consider myself to be Ray's friend, he's just pissed off because I've decided to cut him out of the supply chain. I decided I didn't want to work for Ray. Especially after he decided to change the "contract" cutting my commission in half (after which I still sold something for him). And on that particular sale I did everything from dealing with the client (getting them quotes and sourcing what product the were interested in and determining if we could supply that product) contacting the supplier of said product to getting the supplier artwork supplied by the client. The only thing Ray did was print the purchase order I sent him and fax it to the supplier and then he picked up the shipment and counted them when they came in. That much work certainly deserves 75 percent of the markup. Ray claimed that paying account executives 25 percent of the markup on a product was "Industry Standard".. well when I finally called to order my directory, and I told Joe that... he said that he'd never heard of someone being paid 12.5% on a product marked up by the cost of the product i.e. 25 percent of half the price which is what he'd bumped me down to by justifying it saying that it was "Industry Standard". So yeah.. everyone who has account executives.. this is how you get them to work harder.. cut their commission in half. If I did that kinda shit, I would EXPECT them to start their own distributorships.

OK How about this theory. Ain't neither one of you gettin' rich off this shit anytime soon so why the fuck is anyone arguing about it. If Ray loses his house over some fucking bumper stickers then all I can say is that is pretty shitty financial planning on his part. As far as someone cutting someone out of some commissions goes. HOW MUCH FUCKING MONEY CAN THERE POSSIBLY BE IN FUCKING BUMPER STICKERS!!! btw If it is really that big a deal then I can tell you how I have handled similiar situations before. You know where he lives, you know where he hangs out, handle yo biznaz muthafucker.

and don't lay that shit about "ray's gonna lose his house" on my doorstep... he's been pissing and moaning about that for over a year now. He has a fulltime job with wackenhut(sp?) so I don't think that should be an issue.
I haven't stolen from Ray. I haven't stolen a client of Ray's. And as far as I'm concerned, I made Ray more money than he deserved considering the amount of crap I did pro-bono (that's free) like wasting half of MY day trying to get artwork for Ray on a job I wasn't getting paid for... So instead of pointing a finger at me.. Why don't you ask Ray how it's possible for a business which claims to be able to promote other businesses can't even promote ITSELF. And that will be the answer as to why Ray can't pay his house note. Not because Alex Evans decided to cut out the middle man.

so you say you didnt have a contract but than "ray change the contract" so ray changed a contract that you never had? Sounds like another lie. And did you pay the liscense fee that ray had to pay for the franchisee? didnt think so. and ray doesnt consider you a friend any more. Yes the has a full time job that pay's $6 hr. and the money you are stealing could help him pay his house and car note. BTW the Franchisee fee is normally around $10000 or grater on franchises. so yea i can see how he is making a big deal out of it. and dont worry ray does not see you has a friend anymore. only a low life crook. Oh and has for complaining for a year it takes around a year for all the legal stuff to go through. so if he go the money you have been stealing he might be able to keep the house. and so you consider him a friend yet you go into business directly against him. why dont you get off your ass and go get a job. (sorry i only assum you have none and that why you need to steal from a "friend")
Maybe Ray should start offering web hosting and cut out the middle man by buying the same resale package. Theft is theft have you no morals.

Yeah, you apparently don't get what putting quotation marks around something means. There was no contract signed. At one point if I sold something for him I would get X commission.. and then he decided defacto that if I sold something I would get half of X commission. That's why I put quotations around the word contract. There wasn't one.. it changed depending on how greedy he was.
You're pointing a finger at me calling me greedy, when it is Ray that is so greedy that it's to his detriment.

There aren't any franchise fees. And if there were.. they certainly wouldn't be 10k.

And he gets paid more than 6 bucks an hour.
