Was just checking if anyone was taking 1002 and had a decent teacher. Mine sucks, all she is about is grammer and she practically told us she was gonna grade us hard.

I didn't take Math 1550, but I did take English 1002. I had Dorothy McCaughey (I think that's how you spell it). Anyway, she was really good and she took time to make sure you were getting the hang of writing good papers, and not hung up on little things that you were supposed to have learned in grade school. She was awesome!!

I think we are missing the point. I just want a decent teacher lol. Anyway I am working on it but if anyone has any advice I would be glad to hear it.

Karen Williams and Sharon Andrews are two great English 1002 teachers. Paul Britt is an excellent 1550 teacher, but unfortunately he's only teaching baby math now (1021,1022) I had him for 1023 and 1550. An asshole, but an excellent teacher with lots of curves
I also heard karla neal was the shit, but from stories I heard, it seems like she just gives lots of bonus without actually preparing you for 1552. Nice, but not ideal.
I am taking a guy named Ahma Lisan for 1552. So far he sucks. maybe he'll improve.
