According to our constitution they should be able to be married by a judge. The churches have the right to refuse to marry them in the church.

DITTO!
I LOVE me some lesbians and gay guys THEY ROCK! |
Hehe, yeah. I have a gay uncle, who is quite possibly my favorite person in the entire world.
Nonetheless, I've grown up to be veryy open-minded, which I find is to my advantage in that I'm an all around more understanding and caring person.

I think being too open-minded can be a dangerous thing. I also believe that marriage is a privilege, not a right. We give licenses to marry, licenses to drive, etc. If it's licensed, then it's not a right. Also, the family will be hurt even worse if gay marriage is allowed. First was the no-fault marriage, next is the absent parent (mostly the father), now it's gay marriage. This country will be hurt if the family is torn apart.
There's my conservative rant for the day.

I tolerate all walks of life just as long as they do not harm others.

Yes, but see....If I wasn't so open-minded, I'd think your opinions were dumb. BUT, I don't. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions...

I'm glad you think that way. Many "open-minded" people who preach tolerance don't tolerate a conservative view. For example, gay marriage. These same "open-minded" people tell us that we're bigots and we're homophobic. A bigot believes something but doesn't know why. I know why I believe it. Also, I'm not afraid of a queer... I'll kick his ass if he tries to fight or hit on me .
