I know Kerry won the first debate. I didnt watch the second debate, but I heard he won that one too. In my opinion Bush won last night. Thoughts?

Kerry won the first one. Bush won the second one... and Bush won last night's debate as well.
Bush has a problem with dancing around the question and changing the subject though.

LOL! I didn't even watch it because it was domestic and I thought Bush was going to get his ass kicked, forget Joe Frazier versus, Ali, I thought Bush was going to die. However, I found out after the debate he did great! I stand here surprised and regretting that I didn't watch it. Who would have thought Kerry would win foreign and Bush win Domesteic, "what the fuck man, that is ridiculous..." Bush asked that pivotal question, "How are you going to come up with the money for all your programs," and Kerry did some loopy circular reasoning that made no sense and evaded the question. How awesome is that, got Kerry on high TAXES...that rules.

i think kerry won. NEITHER of the canidates said where they were going to get their money from. everything gwbush said made me laugh. for a moment i thought i was watching comedy central. i don't really want to argue about politics...just thought i'd put my two cents in.

I agree with moxie, I know there are many Bush supporters in TigerU...but getting past the droning from Kerry...I thought he did really well compared to Bush, but overall they both did good. I would consider it a tie, and now it depends on who you like more. And yes...Bush made me laugh a few times, especially when he starting smirking with that funny face of his and laughed off John kerry's accusations.

I have to say, Kerry is a more eloquent speaker, but that does not preclude his actual words. I honestly think Bush was more on top of things this time around.
OH an about Bush not being able to speak well, I'll remind you of his past career. When he first ran for office in Texas, he wasn't elected. The main problem people had with him back then: He sounded too smart. He sounded as if he was not able to relate with the common people.

Agreed. I guess the general population has finally spoken on who won the debate, as the first major poll taken since the debate has Bush surging to a 4-percentage point lead (48% to 44%) in the popular vote after previously trailing. More importantly, Bush has padded his lead in the electoral college, which the media has ignored so far (probably because Bush has led it almost continuously for months now)--and will ultimately have the final say in this matter...

I agree that Bush rocked the third one.
Bush is going to win this election, and people are still gonna cry that he "stole" it for another 4 years. They wont be able to cry about confusing ballots this time though, or blame it all on Florida. All the dems really have to blame is themselves for picking Kerry to run on their ticket. They'll have to get a little more creative this time and make something up some secret republican conspiracy, or blame it all on Nader. It's funny that the "party of the people" get pissed when a third person runs for prez.
If Kerry does win though, I want him to add buying me a pony to all the campaign promises he's gonna keep simply by rolling back Bush's tax cut.
