Personally, I think the person was just being a jackass to a couple of VERY VERY VERY STUPID posts made by Jason and Landon. It might've happened at a party where multiple people went in on a "fine" members name and just created a new account and was showing their ass for whatever reason. I doubt very much the "accuracy" of the "rapings" account that they gave as that would've been reported to someone.

A strong as your argument is, it is a piss poor apology. In reality, this party’s host could very easily have the police knocking on the door any minute.
I don’t see the humor in something like that post, its just sick. And if I were the host to such a party I would never invite the person who posted that back into my home.

Well, admitting to comitting a crime is a serious thing. If something like that happens on this website (and it turns out to be something that really happened), we can be held liable for not reporting it to law enforcement (any law students wanna back me up on that?)..

Josh I know what you are doing, I realize that half your friends were at this party and you don't want to see them get in trouble. I'm sorry, you were at the wrong place at the wrong time as were a couple other innocent by-standers, just DO NOT rationalize them by saying what they did was just stupid. What they did wasn't just stupid, but qualifies as harrassment. I mean, we all are laid back at this site and say stuff back and fourth like its nothing but this is repulsive and grotestque. Do not beat around the bush in saying that it was only wrong. It's ok man, if they do happen to go to jail, you can find new friends, or ones that you already have thast don't act like that  .

All I'm saying on this matter is that they do have a few members on the site that I've personally seen harassed other members albeit mostly new people. The type of "chaulkings" if the latest are an example of what has been going on lately at LSU since I've been there will tend to attract riff raff. Go back to spamming e-mails on lsu.edu or posting fliers about TigerU, but stop with trying to attract more perverts when this site already has enough pervs as it is.

i read the post and its obvious that it was sarcasm.
Posting that does qualify the poster for an ass kicking, but thats about it.
I hadn't seen the thread before, and the things that bother me more than that idiots post were the posts of JasonB and LEstay. They understand why women get raped? If a woman flashes her breasts, she deserves to be attacked and groped? The were saying that women are asking for it and shouldn't cry when it happens because they were wearing sexy clothes?
That pisses me off more than some idiot using a fake name making a sarcastic post about what they said as their real opinions.

What if I said I think everyone apart of this charade deserves to be raped? What would the tigeru community say about that? I personally think that someone doing a stupid post like that is a lot worse than whatever Landon or JasonB said. Though, you may not agree with that opinion, the other post that claims that there is a rapist on the site is a lot more serious, think about it Sunny.

Well, I'm not really here to pass judgement on either of them.. My beef is that someone admitted to a (real OR fake) crime on this website.. So that puts us in a legal hotseat.
