There's always plenty of parking.. you just have to find it.. and be able to walk a few more minutes than you really want to.. Since they added those new commuter lots on the Nicholson extension.. i've never not had a parking spot

how come these issues are always about commuter lots. doesnt anyone realize that residents cant park either. i live in blake and have to park across the lake from miller 90% of the time if I leave and come back anytime after 10pm, which is the worst time for a female to walk along the lake to her dorm. ive had to do it several times and it sucks, and its not at all safe. it was way worse last semester though, because many people left the dorms. my roommate actually had to park at the vet school because there were no legal spots in residential areas except kirby smith

If you call campus transit.. they will follow you to your car.. or from your car.. and bring you to your car... or to your dorm.. there are ways around it..

yeh..but it would be nice to park by where you live. its just an inconvenience and then when you have to go anywhere else you get to walk a mile to your car and its very difficult to back out on that road during the day because of all the traffic. but i guess traffic will always be a problem at lsu unless they build some kind of garage. or stop freshmen who live on campus from driving

They should build a garage. Just one big ass parking garage right in the middle of the campus, like almost as big as the stadium. I mean enough parking spaces for everybody in Baton Rouge. I'm talking about a parking garage that you could tailgate in, BBQ and all. Then charge all the sports fans like $500 to use one space during sporting events or something. Ok I'm going back to my Bloody Mary now, btw that makes 1/2 a fifth of vodka this afternoon which is probably what has lead to this lucrative parking idea. Ok buh bye
