That fool is going to get himself in trouble posing with a gun like that!!!!
Did he or did he not forget that all he is is an ambulance jokey!!!!!
As a medic in the military as per the Jeneva code he can only brandish a side arm unless the situation in combat has a need for him to hold a machine gun, mortar, gernade launcher, or any high powered rifle.
Being a medic the pics of him holding medical supplys while helping injured troopers or civilians should be the only ones he realeses. 
If I am wrong about this then please correct me with officail documents that say so. 
P.S. Does any one rember what happened to Raymond Blanchard!?!?

Actually I have no idea wtf you're talking about or why you brought it up. What difference does it make if he is holding a pistol. I'm sure the DOD or the U.N. isn't going to be trolling TigerU looking for pictures of soldiers breaking some trivial obscure Geneva (with a G) Convention regulation.

(2) The arms that medics may use are only defensive arms. By Army regulation these are defined as service rifles (M-16s) and pistols. Other US services restrict arms to pistols alone.

The mounted patrol pic was taken by a terp, while we were dismouted. As for the santa pic, well is was all in good fun. These are my personal pics , that at the request of Alex Evans, my friend and site owner, i would post some of them. I Cleared my pics with our S-2 officer, and because you must sign in on the site that are not on display to the public. I reserve all right to pics in question and are not for public release. And as for being a amblace jokey, i guess that fair though i had to pull my sidearm more then a few times. Hav'nt h ad to use it (yet) thank God. Now the santa pic was posing with my gun, and sense i have to sleep with it, don't see problem. As far Genva convention is concerned we follow it. Any questions may be refered to me, by Tigeru pm. I hope this answers your questions and if you were offend well i sorry.
