I would like to share this with international students and help save on making phone calls home.
Dial 08707940620 (Monday ~ Friday, day/evening);
Or 08445700620 (Weekday evening and Weekends);
At the prompt, dial your international number in full;
7.51p per minute during the day including VAT
3.75p per minute in the evening including VAT
This is, for the time being, completely FREE for O2 contract phones.
Free or extremely low rate for BT Together Option 1, 2 or 3.

I found the rate is quite good, even when you call from a phone booth.

I could easily make international phone calls from outside of your house using your phone line for "free".
