when I drive through campus, I don't really like hearing 50 cent blasting on the person in front of me's car stereo, so can we ban loud music on campus?
The world has become too fucking PC. With a flag, if you get your feelings hurt by looking at it, DON'T LOOK AT IT. If i find the shit playing on your music revolting, whether it's fuck this fuck that motherfucker or whether it's don't break my heart, my achy breaky heart....what am i supposed to do, cover my ears when I drive?

Maybe my EDCI classes are getting to me...but all you people are white talking about the rebel flag. This debate is one sided. My opinion does not need to be subjected to this forum's stupidness. However, if you wanna show LSU pride you do not need the rebel flag. O'Keefe even said that the university does not believe that an appropriate symbol for school spirit. so if you are really proud of your school, then show something the school can be proud of.
anyways little correction: Native Americans are starting to attack symbols, that is why Native American mascotts are starting to be banned. Plus, the current American Flag was not shoved in their faces. America wasnt even USA soil when they were first pushing the indians back. The natives had many flags shoved in their faces, and since the flag and a mascott is just a symbol, the request for banning them stands the same. But thats all, I give up on you white folk.

yes it is banned already. excessive noise clause for students.
and for baton rouge excessive noise coming from a vehicle’ ordinance.

I have to say that if they really want unity, they would stop calling themselves african americans. you know that most blacks at our school were born in america so they should call themselves americans. the name african american should be reserved for those who were actually born in africa. calling themselves african american defies the whole unity concept because it divides whites from blacks
