So the fans in my section of the stadium got bored with the game and decided to pick on one of the Appalachian State Players.
#86 last name NORMAN.
Blonde hair, shoulder length. Never put his helment on. Stood on the sidelines the entire game.
There were three chants:
"PUT NORMAN IN"
"WE WANT NORMAN"
and
"Eighty-Six"
Anyone else a Norman fan?
It was great, even the football player standing next to Norman clapped with us a few times.
We went nuts when he put on his helmet. Then booed when he took it off. Then cheered again when he immediately put it back on to then take it of and on a few times to intermittent cheers and boos/awws.
After our chants they put Norman in (finally) for three plays in the last minute of the game and on his way to the locker room he came to bid us fairwell with a wave.
After further research, his name is "Jim Bob Norman"

i was way up on the east side, drunk off my ass. i only remember actually seeing us make one touchdown. I do remember Jackson missing that field goal though.

I figured someone noticed us yelling for no apparent reason.

In response to you Landon, if you would have been at the game, you would have been bored enough to take in a player as well. The students were busy throwing around beach balls and inflated condoms LOL

Okay enough picking on small schools. We gotta get ready for Alabama. Their offense stalled against Mississippi State and they of course suck. Basically I think our defense is entirely too much for them to handle, and there's no way their special teams are going to block any of Chris Jackson's punts and run one in for a touchdown. But it IS a road game, and they ARE undefeated. I WISH WE just COULD'VE BEAT TENNESSEE!
