Post subject: Stupid MTV and their gays.. |
  |
|
So I'm flippin through and I noticed that show "Next" somtimes has a gay round where a five guys are trying to date this one dude. I mean this isn't the only thing you probably remember they had a queer on real world but the big thing is hell MTV just acts like being gay is no problem.. I remember when they had videos all the time. I don't know, I just find it kinda disturbing.. Gays should live in the suburbs and shouldn't be heard or seen, especially not on major cable networks.. wow. They all talk with that extra "hiss" on the end of words ending with "s" I mean that is just a cult-based annoyance they're not born with that. They make it a statement as if hugging his.. man partner in public isn't enough they gotta be like "this is our hiss and it's what we do" maybe they consider it empowering.
Any thoughts.. I don't care if this thread is a big hit I just wanted to put that out there

Agreed. Why is it still called MTV if there's no more M?

Not much "M", but plenty gays apparently.
They have done well with putting a lot of music on MTV2 at least.

Well you're halfway right. I'm damn proud of who I am. That's a story in itself but that's.. neither here or there. My goal was not to start a namecalling match or anything, I'm out to get input here that's it.. Nah I disagree with it, I'm not by any means afraid of it. I can't think of too much that scares me actually. I've had some crazy experiences in my time so far. Some involving beating the law, some involving taking a beating. Anyway, my fault for misguiding you if my statements gave u that impression.
Silent Bob are u gona hook up my subtitle or anything

Tombo, it is pretty obvious that you have not watched MTV for a long, long, time, and why would MTV not act like being gay was ok.
When they did show videos did they not so videos from homosexuals…I don’t think so.
About the next show… I think its fake, I think they but the people on the show up to saying the stupidest thing. They tape them for hours and find the four 30 second bits of idiot-ness to show on the program. All of the people on the show say the stupidest things. I suggest you don’t even try to watch “date my mom” you might cry.

i do enjoy that show "My Sweet Sixteen" or whatever ... It's hilarious to see these spoiled little brats with mispelled traditional names get all into a hissy fit when their daddy only spent $450,000, but their friends' daddies spent $700,000 on THEIR sweet sixteens ... it's mind blowing.

I can't believe the girls on that show. It's nuts. lmao mispelled traditional names that's right on. Trunks, you're right come to think of it, I'm just coming off of a four or five year period of just not watching it. I just get mp3's or concert dvd's. Read album reviews online and in magazines and that's what worked for me for a while.
Seems like every person that isn't a musician (and even some that are) or a cartoon character on MTV has at least some level of 'jackass' embedded in their overall presence. No, not the hit 2000 series, "Jackass" which was actually genuinely entertaining. From the VJ's to the people who are stars in their reality based shows, to a lot of the actual artists and celebrities that are featured on their programming. One thing's almost certain, you can expect to be annoyed at some point before you change the channel.
By the way that's an under the radar shot at pop music which today blows and has for a long time. Even the direction rock and roll is taking is disappointing, IMO. Rap seems to be the only thing maintaining it's image but five years ago hip hop wasn't as nearly blown up on MTV as it is now. A lot of MTV does make me want to cry, so u know where I'm coming from on that.. haha
Do you put html coding in that box where you put your sig text and etc? or is it some kind of other coding or just the image URL or.. I don't know how to get it on there I tried and it wouldn't with html

For your sig, you use BBCode such as [ img ] and [ /img ] and [ url ] etc etc.
Regarding MTV: I hate it. That Sweet Sixteen show is one of the dumbest Ive ever seen. Can girls that young be that spoiled and bitchy? HOLY CRAP!
I dont agree with the gay lifestyle nor do I have to accept it or tolerate it. Of course, I dont agree with beating them because they're gay; but I think if their "flamboyance" isnt conductive of a professional apperance, then a company has the right not to hire them because of it. I certainly wont put my kids in a daycare with gays on staff.
