OK,
Because of the over use of energy on campus there is a new surcharge of 14 dollars per credit hour, which is a 10 dollar increase from last semester.
How in HELL is this a fair charge for people who don't even live on campus? Which is where most of the energy usage is coming from.
BTW- incase you didn't know TOPS doesn't cover it.
They'll only charge up to 168 dollars for undergrads and 126 (i think) for grad students. . . There go a 168 dollars worth of groceries... or liquor...

Oh trust me.. I'll consume a lot more now. I'm planning on camping out in the Union in a tent to make up for the cost. I'm bringing a toaster and a microwave.
