Post subject: Hershey stock up on news from New Orleans |

New Orleans, LA - Hershey Foods Corp. stock was up 1.6% by noon on Tuesday on news that New Orleans would once again be a chocolate city. Investors loved the news, seeing that Hershey could profit from increased sales of chocolate to the residents of New Orleans. Mayor Ray Nagin stated, "New Orleans was a chocolate city before Katrina. It is going to be a chocolate city after."
There is no word yet as to whether Willy Wonka and the Oompa Loompas will relocate to New Orleans to assist Mayor Nagin with his quest.

Now he's getting ripped by Jon Stewart.
Ray Nagin has my endorsement for what it's worth, but i'm not so clear on what he means with these chocolaty statements.
