One of my friends has just got back from Vietnam and says you can shoot up a cow there for $5. I'm thinking of doing something similar on my farm but for a bit more money. You reckon I'd need any special license to do this?

It really is time the constitution was updated.
Right to bear arms covers everything from a sling shot to a ICBM. You cant tell me you would be allowed to have your own ICBM if you could afford it, its ridicules
The only thing guns do is fire deadly projectiles.
Yes it takes a operator to kill somebody but if the operator didn’t have the gun in the first place he could not have done it.
Secondly, if gun reform was undertaken and automatic and semi automatic weapons banned it would limit the number of injuries a single person could inflict in a given time period.
Realistically no civilian NEEDS a semi or fully automatic weapon. They may want them but they don’t need them. They also don’t NEED clips with more than say 5 rounds. Yes it is less convenient but again should any mishap arise it reduces the number injuries able to be inflicted per min/hr
Really it does need some rational thought and review looking at how gun reform in other contries has curbed deaths. There are always exception to the rule and I am sure soboby will bring up an example of a country that has a higher gun uptake and lower death rate but then what does they say to you all. To me it says there are to many people that have access and are not respondible enought to have guns. You can educate poeple but you can force resonsibility. You can remove the problem. Remove the guns.
