Looking for a 1 bedroom apartment near LSU, want to pay 400$ or less. Preferable less, might pay a lil more if its a real nice place. Somewhere quiet because I sleep during the day and work at night. Check out Camelot Apartments (1222 Jim Taylor) .. I rented there back in 2001 and it was a great place.. Landlord is a really nice guy.. 1 bed back then was $350/mo ..

South Kenilworth Parkway off of Burbank. 1 mile east of Burbank/Lee Intersection. VERY quiet.
CABLE included for $400. I think it's cheaper if you sign a longer lease.
