Hello, my name is Patrick Boutte. This isn't my first time here, but I guess my absence of a few years makes me new. I'm a 20 year old, returning in the fall. I was hit by a car, on Nicholson, leaving the Tigerland area on April 16th, 2005. I've met a couple of people on here once. I was browsing the internet and decided to start posting here once more. If you heard about the accident that claimed Dustin "D.C." Clemons' life that I was also involved in, I've had to go through numerous surgeries and still have one left to transfer a muscle to my heel chord in order to control and somewhat pick up my left foot. The injury was caused by a severed peroneal nerve in my left knee that also had ligament damage and I cracked my skull during the accident, so I have minor brain damage. Which is why, of course, I haven't been able to attend school. Unfortunately, I'm considered "permanently disabled".  But I can't wait to come back to LSU and mask in all of its glory. I hope to enjoy meeting and chatting with all of you in meaningful and entertaining conversation.

Hey Patrick,
Welcome back. I remember that incident now that you remind us of it. It was terrible just hearing about it.
Good to hear you're making a comeback.
