Cox sent out an email yesterday saying something about offering a power boost to help with larger downloads etc.
Basically if there is availability of bandwidth to help download something it'll kick in... maybe that's what this is about.

I *was* up at 3 last night. But the test was run around 10pm central. Seems the speed test graphics auto detect what timezone you have setup on TigerU and displays the one that corresponds (while I'm not logged in it shows GMT but when I login it shows Central)
