Cost: $620/month rent

Perfect for an LSU student!! The apartment complex is an easy walking distance from many classroom buildings and the Student Union.
The apartment includes: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two walk-in closets. You will have a roommate who will be assigned to you by University House based on an extensive roommate survey. Rent is paid by the room, so you and your roommate will each be responsible for paying your own rent to University House. This means that you will not be responsible for your roommate in any way.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Pets are allowed if they weigh under 20 pounds.
$620/month rent includes the following utilities: water, cable tv, wireless internet, pest control, garbage pickup, etc. The only utility that is not included in the monthly rent is electric.
The grounds feature a resort style swimming pool and clubhouse, a game room, a computer center, a sand volleyball court, a 24-hour fitness center, a tanning bed, and gated entry. University House offers planned social activities and a highly successful roommate placement program.
