Post subject: Shoney's STILL SUCKS ASS
I recevied a fucking letter from Shoney's today saying that they can't get a hold of me. They have sent e-mails and called many times...MY ASS...She e-mailed me once and I replyed..So I just sent her ass another damn e-mail...I'm tired of Shoney's bull shit and i'm not going to give up until they compt my meal and give me $100..Fuck Shoney's!!!!! My e-mail said:
Mrs. Hawkins,
When I talked to you about the incident that happened on February 15th. You asked how many people were in my party and I said 4. When you said that the Meal would be compted I assumed that you meant for the whole party. When I received 2 coupons I was unhappy with this because it didn’t cover the meal of my party. I believe that my party’s meal should be compt because the meal was interrupted because of this incident.
I also believe that $10 does not cover everything that happened. I found the $10 check to be an insult and I am not welling to accepet this amount.

I think what you are doing right now is probably sufficient. Bad-mouthing a company to a few hundred readers is pretty damaging. Not to mention to your friends/family and the others that were in your party that night. If it makes you feel better, you have gone a long way towards hurting them back already. Things were better when Andy Griffith was still there.
well cyber... so you know i don't eat there!!!! they closed all the ones down in this town! lol

Are you sure that your ISP's "spam guard" isn't filtering out their e-mail messages to you?
