I do. I'm really digging the NBA playoffs right now. My team, the Mavericks are already out. I suppose I want to see a San Antonio/Pacers final series. That would be a good matchup I think.
I like football too, of course, but I like the fact that basketball is on just about every night. During the football season I am usually working on the weekends during the games.
Baseball sucks to watch.
I even enjoyed watching the lady Tigers run in the NCAA tournament this year.
Yeah I like sports.

I wouldnt mind seeing a minnesota/indie finals, but i think ur final prediction is more accurate. I also like the mavs, cause i love cuban. I was pulling for the hornets, but baron davis is a ball hog, and i can coach better than tim floyd, and im just a referee. Finally someone on here whom i can talk sports with

Yeah, Cuban is cool. I remember last season when he said the referrees in the game should be working at Dairy Queen instead. Dairy Queen got pissed and challenged Cuban to work at DQ for a day if he though it was so easy. Instead of issuing an apology for an obviously stupid comment, he took them up on it. Created great publicity for Cuban, DQ, and the Mavs. There were, of course, media all over the place, covering the long lines of people waiting to get served by Cuban.
The Hornets just suck. I agree that Baron is a ball hog, but on that team he really needs to be. Maybe the new GM they get will be able to bring some talent in. Resigning PJ Brown in the offseason turned out to be a really bad move. It would have been nice to have Courtney Alexander. That team needs some fresh legs.
I really don't see Minnesota making it to the finals. I saw the game the other night and KG is really taking too many jump shots, instead of taking the ball to the rack. I do like the way Sam Cassell is playing though. He has to be one of the most underrated players in the league.
From the west my favorite is SA, and if not them, then I think Sacramento. Mike Bibby has been clutch in the playoffs so far.
One more thing - when I was watching game 5 of the Sac-Dallas series, Dallas went on a big run in the first quarter. At the half, Kenny Smith, the comentator on the Ernie Johnson-Charles Barkley-Kenny Smith TNT crew, had this to say about them. "That run is all they had in them. I think they blew their load" Can he say that? I was shocked.

well you know the tnt guys are crazy. I agree with you, but i went and saw the timb play at teh arena, and cassell and spree have pushed them over the edge. In terms of teh hornets, pj isnt bad, but its hard to do anything when no one passes u the ball, same thing with magloire. Just like game seven steve smith explodes but that was the only game he played in.
Last year cuban was brilliant with the whole DQ thing. I always like seattle and portland, but now both of them suck.

I dig Tiger Football, the new orleans aints (AINTS) losing, The New York Yankees, and Houston Astros. Also a vivid fan of MMA and taekwondo along with working out on a daily basis. I can watch any sport and I can't believe the Hornets screwed up.... just like the other new orleans team called the Aints...

I don't know - I just didn't see that much talent on the Hornets team. I thought they overachieved last year, and injuries just decimated them this year. I hope they don't think it's the coaches fault, but he's probably gone.
I have heard rumors about a possible Iverson for BD trade. That could be interesting. It would put butts in the seats at least. I don't know if Iverson could make it through a season in the Western conference though.

That would be an interesting trade, I watched AI last year in the playoffs. Me and the family went to the game and i must admit I was impressed with how bad ass AI really is in person. BUt i agree, I dont think he could stay healthy the whole season in the west.
I too am a sAINTS fan.

I can't wait to see how the quarterback battle at LSU shakes out. Supposedly Randall is the front runner, but I look for Russell or Flynn to be the starter by the beginning of the season. At least I hope so, I don't want to have to make mid-season quarterback changes.

From everything i have heard on sports talk regarding LSU's QB situation, they expect randall to start prob the first 2 games, and by the time the meat of the SEC schedule Russel, or Flynn will have beaten him out for the job.
And i might have to ban groovey chick cause she likes the yankees, lol

I LOVE COLLEGE FOOTBALL ~passes out~
The only facts I actually know about sports are the ones the announcers say and I remember them so that I can bring it up later and sound smart
BUT I LOVE WATCHING COLLEGE FOOTBALL! (and actually any sport as long as food and friends are involved!) : o ) I'm from flor-eeee-duh too, so I'm all about the Gators and the Canes ~cheers~
