Yo Harley, slip a cover on that head! Governor Kathleen Blanco is about a month away from signing into law the requirement that all motorcyclists must strap a helmet onto their pretty little heads before hitting the open road. Oddly enough, during his supreme reign, former Governor and avid easy rider Mike Foster terminated the very same law Blanco is now heavily supporting. In a state that can’t seem to make up its own mind, it looks to make up the minds of its motor and open air driven citizens. Well, only one thing comes to MY mind - hypocritical. Make a law, stick to it and let’s ride on.
