With one goal against No. 7 Tennessee in a 2-1 overtime loss on Sunday afternoon, senior forward Artie Brown moved one step closer to a team record that has stood since 1996.

The score, Brown’s eighth on the season, was also her 34th in an illustrious career in the Tiger purple and gold, leaving her two goals shy of Jackie Cooper’s career goal-scoring tally of 36, set eight years ago.
