if you're asking what my screenname is about, it's from a poem by john donne, "a valediction: forbidding mourning." here's a stanza:

Yes, I tend to say crap a lot... esp HOLY CRAP!
Anyway, my name comes from my first inital and my last name...
And the great thing about my last name is that there is a cousin of mine, the great Ronnie Estay, that played football here back in the 70s. Better than Cannon I'll tell you that! Ronnie Estay still pwns Billy Cannon.
