Hi!
I have an appartment in Edward Gay's Appartments-Residential Life. I am looking for a roomate to share it. I am male, 23 years old. I don't smoke but there is no problem with smokers.
The appartment has: 2 bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, one livingroom. The bedroom available for a roomate has a bed already in it. The rent per entire appartment runs at around $440-$450 per month and it has everything included (water, electricity, cable TV, cable Internet, telephone). Basically you pay half of the above rent and you have all the utilities plus you are on-campus (10 minutes from the Quad).
